These backups are made for the purpose of full server restoration in the event of a harddrive crash. DeafVision does not guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of our backups. It is each Customer's responsibility to back up their own site files, data, databases and email on a regular basis. Should Customer accidently delete or modify a file or directory and wishes to have us restore it from backup, DeafVision will make every effort to do so for the Customer. This service, however, falls under advanced server administration services and draws our hourly server admin rate. Contact DeafVision Support if you need this service.
